Cancellation Policy

Once this timeframe has passed, the order may already be in the processing stage and cannot be adjusted. For cancellations made within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) without product defects is not classified as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@bloomingdon.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will replace the item at no cost. Returns, refunds, or replacements are not available for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
